Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email. Shipping times may vary based on location. Untitled is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are inspected and approved. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order may already be in production or transit and cannot be canceled.
